In "manufacturing", technology has been integrated and unified through MOT (Management of Technology), and in information system has been integrated and unified through IoT (Internet of Things). In the coming era of hierarchic creating things there is a need for the integration and centralization of knowledge through data DX (digital transformation). In this study, we recognize changes in the industrial structure by the three dimensional vectors of technology, engineering, and management as a hierarchical structure, and with regard to the "errors" that increase as you move up the hierarchy, we estimate the "goals" and the "risks" that exist at each level quantitatively. Next, we proposed the concept of a hierarchic creating things system based on PDCA cycle. Then, we illustrate some numerical examples in order to clarify the effectiveness of our hierarchic creating things system considering DX. Additionally, the relation of our model with the life cycle management concept is discussed.
